Returns Policy

A an online-based brand, it is important to us that your shopping experience is a happy one.

Before you make your order, you can request a fabric swatch, get help with sizing and styling, and request more photos of our pieces. If you live within Western Australia you can organise to try it on.

1. If you aren’t completely happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.

2. To comply with our returns policy, send your order back to the return address provided on the invoice via tracked postage.

3. Then send us an email with your order number and the return tracking number within 7 days of the order being delivered to you.

4. When we receive the return in original condition, we will contact you and organise either a refund, exchange or credit (minus postage costs) – whichever you prefer.

It is important to note that items sent back for returns must be in original condition – unworn, with no marks or damage, and in original packaging with all tags still attached.
